The month of June, 2010 is now behind us, and today is Canada Day!  It's a great time to discuss how we did last month in terms of availability for our shared hosting clients.  During the month of June, 2010, the Nerds On Site shared hosting systems were available, up and serving clients 99.9996% of the time.  This translates to only 60 seconds of downtime on a single machine, one that would have only affects 40 clients for 60 seconds.  However, even a minor outage as insignificant as that is fully reported on our Trust Site, trust.nerdsisp.com.  Why track and report information that small?  We feel that availability is the most important aspect of your hosting experience, as it is the final result of all the other work that we do, from security to redundancy.
